Cabinet frame constructed in 14-gauge steel with 12-gauge steel reinforced corner brackets.

Cabinet doors and side panels constructed in 16-gauge steel.

Square hole 19″ mounting rails are constructed in 12-gauge steel, include rack unit indicators, and are Zinc-plated to provide superior surface areas for equipment grounding.

Where applicable, the divider shelves are constructed of reinforced 16-gauge steel.

The shelves are designed to support the most robust of equipment such as tower servers.

UL Listed 2416 load rated for up to 3,000 lbs (1,360 kg). Static Load tested to 12,000 lbs (5,443 kg).

Grounding studs bonded to frame, side panels and doors. Front and rear studs on cabinet frame conform to PET.

Finished in textured RAL9005 black powder paint.

TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases.

RoHS Compliant.

Manufactured in North America within an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.

The CLC series is PCI-Compliant when:

Multiple cabinets are connected together and/or the open side is closed in using the appropriate side panel (listed in the accessory table below).

Two (2) (Per bay) perforated front door (65% open area vented) with locking swing handle.

Construction

Enclosures are formed steel – 14 gauge (54″ high), 12 gauge (60″ high), or combination 10/12 gauge (72″ high).

Smooth, continuously welded seams without knockouts, cutouts or holes.

Body stiffeners are provided in enclosures for extra rigidity.

Heavy duty lifting eyebolts are provided with reinforced support angles.

12″ floor stands are welded to the enclosure. (w/ feet Part No.).

Welded brackets provide for enclosure mounting (w/o feet Part No.).

Gasketed overlapping doors eliminate the need for a center post.

Continuously hinged doors may be removed by pulling the hinge pin.

Doors are secured with a three point latch and operated with a key locking, padlockable handle.

Latch rods are equipped with rollers for easier door closing.

Oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured.

A removable 10 gauge inner panel is included in enclosures 60″ and larger. Smaller sizes include a 12 gauge inner panel.

Provision for light kit mounting.

Panel supports are provided in enclosures 60″ and larger for easy panel installation.

Collar studs are provided for mounting inner panels.

A grounding stud is provided in the enclosure for each door and a bonding stud is provided on the door.

A literature pocket is provided for the inside of the door.

Finish

Cover and enclosure are phosphatized and finished in recoatable smooth ANSI 61 gray powder coating.

Removable inner panel is finished in white powder coating.

Construction

Formed 12 gauge steel (10 gauge on back of single access enclosures).

Smooth, continuously welded seams without knockouts, cutouts or holes.

Stiffeners on the rear of the enclosure provide rigidity. (Single access)

Lifting eyes provide for easy enclosure handling.

Doors are supported with heavy gauge continuous hinges.

Doors are secured with a three point latch and operated with a key locking automotive type handle.

Latch rods are equipped with rollers for easier door closing.

Oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured.

Provision for light kit mounting.

Mounting channels are welded on the inside of the enclosure for mounting of optional inner panels or rack equipment rails.

A bonding stud is provided on the door and a grounding stud is provided in the enclosure for each door.

A literature pocket is provided for the inside of the door (Two pockets are provided for dual access units).

Finish

Cover and enclosure are phosphatized and finished in recoatable smooth ANSI 61 gray powder coating.

Optional inner panels, rails, frames and supports are available in white powder coating.
