Incab has the widest product range for such industries as telecommunications, power utilities, oil and gas production and transportation, railway infrastructure, petrochemistry and petroleum refining, mining and metallurgy, structural health monitoring. Quality is a major focus area for Incab which is why we ensure that our cables are manufactured from the best materials to produce the finest optical cable.
The essence of FTTH technology is in its name — Fiber To The Home. This technology allows a fiber optic cable to be laid from the provider’s equipment directly to the subscriber’s apartment/house. FTTH is currently the most advanced technology used to build broadband networks.
Application:
- Designed for installation inside buildings (including vertical installation), in trays, channels, for installation on outer sides of the buildings
- Applied in ducts, trays, blocks, tunnels, collecting channels in protecting tubes
- Designed for aerial installations: power lines, lamp posts, between buildings and structures
Distribution fiber optic cables are used to create communication lines between the common cable distribution box and a location inside the building (from the ground floor to the top floor), between entrances or corridors in office buildings.
Risers are designed for vertical installation inside buildings, from the first floor to the top one. Due to easy access to the fiber, this design allows to withdraw separate loose tubes and laid them to subscribers’ apartments.
Incab America offers two types of Riser designs: tight-buffered cable and riser cable with micro tubes. Both types are fully dielectric and can be laid in unheated rooms, basements, and attics, as well as outside of buildings.
In cases where the cable must be run horizontally, such as from one entrance hall to another or down the hallways of an office building, another type of InHome FTTH cable is used — distribution cables. Fiber optic distribution cables are flexible and can go around corners, up and down stairs, and through holes and thin channels. They also come as tight-buffered fiber cables or micro tubes designs.
All InHome FTTH fiber optic cables are UV-resistant and flame retardant.
