Designed to change batteries in Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Laser Guided Vehicles (LGVs) and forklifts, the Intell-A-Changer is a fully automated battery changing system. Intell-A-Changer is an all electric changer that can travel at a speed of 300 fpm with a lift speed of 45 fpm. A distance laser guides the Intell-A-Changer for down-aisle positioning. Encoders provide feedback for carriage height, arm travel and arm movements. The Intell-A-Changer can store your batteries on multiple levels.

The MTC PCE Series is capable of changing up to 300 batteries per day with up to six stacking levels. Built with 100% multi-function control in mind, the operator can travel, raise the carriage and manipulate the vacuum arm simultaneously without any loss in performance.
