The Seikoh Giken IPC (Individual Pressure Control) mechanism offers precise polishing pressure control for each ferrule being polished and provides a high quality polishing finish regardless of ferrule length. It enables the user to polish from 1 piece up to maximum capacity at once without adjusting polishing pressure. Also there is no need to control ferrule length in case of re-polishing. For SC, LC and MU connectors a durable snap-in mechanism is used which achieves reduced cycle time by easier and faster installation of connectors.

Other available fixtures enable you to polish a wide variety of fiber optic connectors, including SC, FC, LC, MU, ferrules, MT, MPO, MT-RJ, fiber arrays, and PLC.

For high volume needs, you can establish a large scale connector polishing line by installing fiber optic polishing machines dedicated to each step of the fiber optic polishing process.
