These special channels are designed to facilitate a smooth transition between Concast’s heavy traffic HT3 channel (with 3″ thick covers) to their pedestrian rated concretePT channel. These will also work with LT (light traffic) channel.  Please note that the channels listed below are all pedestrian rated.

Please note that these are not required fortransitioning between channels, since the elevation change is only 1.75″.  These will only be specified if there is a need for a very smooth interior floor.
