This unique, handheld connector ferrule end face cleaner removes dust, dirt, and contaminants prior to mating a fiber optic connection. The fiber optic cleaner fits well in the technicians hand with a convenient trigger that automatically opens the top cleaning window to expose a single microfiber cleaning slot. Simply swipe the ferrule end-face with light pressure against the microfiber with the directional arrow and then release the trigger. It is always recommended to view the end-faces of non-active fibers to ensure a clean ferrule end-face, sometimes a solvent is required to remove stubborn particles in addition to dry cleaning.

Microfiber replacement reels are also available & easy to install.
