Cast Concrete & Fiber Reinforced HDP Partition Boards 14.5 x 4.25 FRP4D14.5 – Concast

Partition boards provide physical separation of cables in Concast trench channel. The most often used design is part number 8001; it has a wide base and is free-standing.  The 8001-6B and the 4.25″ wide base boards are designed for narrower trench channels or channels requiring multiple separations.Spray-up board assemblies have been replaced by fiber reinforced polymer divider board assemblies.These FRP4D divider board assemblies are secured with provided hardware to the channel base.  Links in the part numbers in the below chart will open up pdf drawings with more detail.

The boards that are XX.5″ tall are designed to allow clearance for cover ribs such as those seen in pedestrian rated covers. HT or HT3 series covers do not have ribs, and will use the XX.75″ tall boards for full height separation.
