Features:
- Weighing in at just over 75 lbs., the DNRR Heavy Duty Knockdown Series boasts a 10-gauge steel frame which is the thickest steel rack on the market.
- The knockdown self-squaring design takes just minutes to assemble.
- Our automated tapping process provides EIA compliant tapped rails on both the front and back to ensure flexibility when mounting equipment.
- Includes marked rack unit dividers to aid in equipment mounting.
- When connecting multiple racks together, Hammond provided a 1.25” cable pass-thru. In addition we added numerous tapped and non-tapped holes for mounting power distribution, cable management and other accessories.
- Includes two (2) pairs of integrated 10-32 ground studs, spaced 5/8” apart. Stud pairs are conveniently located across from each other inside the rail channel. For added convenience, a pair is located near the top of the rack, while the other pair is located at the lower side.
- To keep it looking great, the DNRR undergoes a three-stage paint process which includes a coat of premium smooth black powder paint.

The Hammond DC4R Open Rack series is one of the most economical solutions to house IT equipment in wiring closets or data centers. In situations where the wiring closet itself is under lock and key and accessed by a limited number of people, full cabinets having locking doors and side panels may not be required resulting in a significant cost savings. If you’re building a Homelab the DC4R24 is ideal.
Standard Features:
- Available in 24U and 44U
- Two (2) pairs of 19” mounting EIA compliant square-hole rails.
- Ships with a 50-pack of screws and cage nuts CAGKIT1032-50.
- Includes marked rack unit dividers to aid in equipment mounting.
- For 44U height, add optional third or fourth pair of rails DC4RPR44 to provide additional adjustable mounting depths.
- Optional solid side panels gives you the look, feel and security of a welded cabinet.

Specifications
- Cabinet frame constructed in 14-gauge steel with 12-gauge steel reinforced corner brackets.
- Cabinet doors and side panels constructed in 16-gauge steel.
- 19″ mounting rails are constructed in 12-gauge steel (square hole punched) or 10-gauge steel (drilled and tapped 10-32).
- Rails include rack unit indicators and are Zinc-plated to provide superior surface areas for equipment grounding.
- C-channel struts provide cabinet strength, ease and flexibility to adjust mounting rails.
- *When assembled by Hammond, the cabinet is UL Listed 2416 load rated for up to 3,000 lbs (1,360 kg). Static Load tested to 12,000 lbs (5,443 kg).
- Seismic rated up to 1,200 lbs (544 kg) of dynamic load with an Ip factor of 1.5 in accordance with the IBC 2018, CBC 2019, NBC 2018, ASCE 7-16 and ASCE 7-10.
- Grounding studs are provided on the frame as well as side panels and doors. Front and rear studs on cabinet frame conform to PET.
- Finished in textured RAL9005 black powder paint.
