(Discontinued) Mounting Rack Rail Swing Frame 1418SWF Series – (1418SFX)
- Formed from 10 gauge steel, frames are drilled and tapped to EIA requirements for mounting standard 19″ rack accessories.
- Designed for installation in 72″ and 90″ high enclosures. The swing frame pivots on 0.5″ pins within the enclosure for easy access to the rear of rack mounted equipment.
- The frame positions at any depth within the enclosure and is fastened in the closed position with quarter turn fasteners.
- Swing frames may be mounted in 30″ and 36″ wide enclosures, or in 60″ and 72″ wide enclosures with an optional center panel support.
- One or two frames may be mounted in 30″ and 36″ wide enclosures with dual access, and 1,2,3 or 4 frames may be mounted in 60″ and 72″ wide dual access enclosures.
- Finished in black.
- TAA compliant for GSA Schedule purchases.

Description
Unlike the 3100 series, the 3180 LINIER® Server Cabinets are built without doors making it easy to monitor and access the front and back of your network equipment. Side panels are included with this series to help enclose and protect your system. Built with a 36″ depth, this LINIER® Server Cabinet is suitable for network servers, battery backups, switching banks, and other larger network equipment. The cabinet features laser knockouts allowing you to install fans, while removable slots provide numerous cable routing options. Both front and rear access to your equipment is made available with the 3180 LINIER® Server Cabinets.

Construction
- Formed from 14 gauge steel.
- Smooth, continuously welded seams without knockouts, cutouts or holes.
- Door and body stiffeners are provided in the larger enclosures for extra rigidity.
- Welded brackets provide for enclosure mounting.
- Continuously hinged cover is secured with plated screws, threaded into sealed wells.
- Oil resistant gaskets are permanently secured.
- A removable 12 gauge inner panel is included.
- Collar studs are provided for mounting inner panels.
- A bonding stud is provided on the door and a grounding stud is provided on the enclosure.
- A literature pocket is provided for the inside of the door.
Finish
- Cover and enclosure are phosphatized and finished in ANSI 61 gray recoatable powder coating.
- Removable inner panel is finished in white powder coating.
