The FIS 1RU Slack Cable Management Enclosure provides a secure, dedicated space for fiber optic cable slack storage. The slide out tray and removable doors provide easy access when managing fiber. The enclosure includes (4) management pucks and multiple tie downs positions located near cable entry and exit holes. Comfortably route and store up to 25 meters of 3.0mm simplex fiber around the semi-circular slack management rings. The pre-installed slack management rings are 1″ high and feature a 3.5 cm cable bend radius.

Spring loaded stop latches keep the tray securely in place when retracted. The rack mount enclosure installs into a standard 19″ telco rack. If needed, 23″ mounting brackets and 19″ flush mounting brackets are sold separately. Constructed from durable 14 gauge aluminum and powder coated black, this enclosures is also lightweight and rugged.
