| Notes: | This 100 mm duct is similar to standard duct except that it is slotted to allow optical fibre cord feed off at 150mm intervals and external vision of the ducts contents. It carries up to 400 pigtails or patch cords (3mm dia) to a depth of 50 mm, without excess stress on them, during removal processes. The duct comes complete with a lid and is made of tough Noryl plastic with a non halogen, fire retardant. It connects to other 100mm duct sections and various bends adapters etc., using either: a standard joiner or a slotless joiner. It is recommended that each outlet slot be fitted with an outlet radius guide, that will guarantee the outgoing radius for every housed optical fibre cord. These are available separately. |
